Ticketing Policies

ArtsWest’s staff will make every effort to be accommodating and flexible for all patrons.

Late Seating

• Late seating is not guaranteed and varies depending on performance. We make every effort to allow late seating when the performance permits.
• To guarantee your assigned seat, please arrive 5 minutes before curtain. Any seats not claimed 5 minutes before curtain may be given to other patrons.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

• ArtsWest does not offer ticket refunds
• Day-of-show exchanges not guaranteed
• Exchanges for unattended performances not guaranteed
• Exchanges are not guaranteed for performances with less than 10 seats remaining

Wait List for Sold Out Performances

• Patrons can come to the box office an hour before the show to be put on the waitlist. They must be present in the lobby when tickets become available. Waitlist tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. 
• Day-of-show refunds or exchanges for sold out performances will not be granted.
